Tao Face Youth, operated by Tanja Rihtaršič, registered in Slovenia, under registration number 0602983505201, with business address at Prešernova 14, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia, operates the website located at www.taofaceyouth.som (the “Site”) and provides all materials and services offered herein, including but not limited to online programs, courses, workshops, consultations, memberships, and digital products.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and us, governing your access to and use of the Site and Services.

By accessing or using this Site or purchasing any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site or Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Use of the Site

2. Services

Tao Face Youth provides holistic wellness education, Tao Face Yoga training, fascia-based facial practices, breathwork guidance, and related personal development services.

All Services are educational and informational in nature and are delivered online unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Services at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

Services are booked via Microsoft Bookings or direct communication.

Payment is made via invoice and may be completed through:

Bank transfer
PayPal

Installment payments may be agreed manually in writing.

Services are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Policy)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act:

Clients may withdraw from purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the client gains access to the digital service.
Refund requests must be sent to: tanja@taofaceyouth.com

The request must include:

Full name
Address
IBAN / bank account number

Refunds are processed within three (3) working days.

Upon refund, access to digital services is revoked.

If a service has been fully delivered before withdrawal, the right of withdrawal may cease in accordance with EU digital content regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, videos, graphics, images, logos, branding, methods, program materials, and course content — is the exclusive property of Tao Face Youth unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish content
Modify or create derivative works
Use materials for commercial purposes
Share login credentials or paid content

Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.
